Everyone's talking about AI agents.
You've heard the buzzwords. Autonomous AI. Agentic workflows. The next big thing. But if you've tried to figure out what an AI agent actually does, or how it's any different from ChatGPT, you know how fast the explanations get technical and overwhelming.
This course is for non-technical professionals who want to understand AI agents well enough to use and manage them on their teams.
You'll go from "I keep hearing about AI agents but have no idea what they are" to being able to spot them, describe them, and start putting them to work. No coding. No technical background required.
You'll learn exactly how AI agents differ from the AI assistants you already use, what types of agents exist and what they're good for, and how to identify AI agent use cases in your own job that an agent could handle. You'll also learn what questions to ask before your team adopts any agent, so you can make smart decisions instead of getting swept up in hype.
Throughout the course, you'll watch live demos that show exactly what an agent does and how it works in practice. Then you'll get hands-on activities to try it yourself, so you leave with real experience, not just theory.
Note: This course is focused on using and managing AI agents, not building them. You will not be writing code or setting up technical infrastructure of any kind.
This course is designed specifically for non-technical teams and the managers who lead them. It is recommended that you already have some experience using LLMs and understand how generative AI works.
If you're curious about AI agents and want to understand them well enough to evaluate, manage, and champion them at work, this is your course.
