After this course you will feel confident in the similarities, differences and applications of Agile and Waterfall. We look at real life project management examples (some of which will definitely get you laughing) and don’t hold back on the straight talking.

Great Course! It is more like being in some nice and cozy place close to 2 wonderful experts and just listening to how they are discussing "Waterfall vs Agile" topic. But if you want to find some fundamental or deep knowledge about the methodologies, some templates or instruments,- better to find another course. This one is not about something very specific.
