When beginning to facilitate meetings, most beginners make mistakes because they're unsure of how to effectively conduct Scrum retrospectives and create an environment where everyone can speak without interrupting each other. Leveraging my 7 years of experience, I've developed a formula for conducting effective meetings, creating a friendly atmosphere within groups, and utilizing specific templates.

## Course Overview ##

  1. First part is related to basic understandings what is retrospective and what exactly consist of basic facilitation.

  2. The second part relates to retrospective stages. You will learn what is PDCA cycle and what is the difference between good and bad retrospective.

  3. The third part relates to retrospectives which you can conduct in real life. I described information about main stages of retrospective facilitation in real Agile teams.

This part consist of:

  • first steps of preparation

  • how to begin the retrospective. What instruments to use.

  • how to collect the information

  • how to help team create ideas

  • what instruments to use with decision making

  • how to close the retrospective properly

Also mostly all new Scrum masters forget about feedback session so I added it and showed why it is so important to use.

  1. The fourth part includes most common antipaterns of retrospective.

  2. The fifth part is about real ice-breakers templates which I created or used the most in my practice. I created and described each ice-breaker template for Agile teams.

  3. The six part is related to big retrospective meetings and in templates I showed how to facilitate them correctly.
