Throughout my career, I have successfully led cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products and services using the Agile Methodologies. I have a deep understanding of Agile principles and a passion for helping teams work together efficiently and effectively. I have a track record of facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Scrum events, as well as coaching teams on the Scrum process and removing obstacles that hinder their progress. I am skilled at promoting collaboration and fostering a positive, results-driven team environment. In my previous role, I was recognized for my ability to lead teams through complex projects and consistently delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. I am eager to share my knowledge and experience and help students reach their full potential.
