Course main topic is : Agile Project Management - based on "Agile Practice Guide" by PMI (Project management Inistitute) PMP 2021 update

In this course we will start from scratch by :

- Defining What is Project and What is Project management ,

- how project starts and how it is closed and why.

We will talk about the difference between Project vs. Program vs. Portfolio with real examples from the market.

then we will talk about different Project life-cycles and the main aspects for Waterfall traditional Project management vs. Agile Adaptive one.

In this course we will address Agile four Values and the 12 Principles.

We will also have an introduction about SCUM Project Management and its key team roles.

then we will talk about how to implement Agility and how to build Agile environment and what are the organizational considerations while implementing Agile including :

• Organizational Change Management

• Organizational Culture

• Procurement and Contracts in Agile mode

• Agile and the PMO

• Organizational Structure

Finally we will talk about other different Agile methodologies.

Also we will practice together lots of exam like questions related to Agile and it is attached to material with answers as well.
