We have done our best to create a great course where we empower you to attain an agile approach to organizational building blocks: Strategy, Process, Technology, People, and Structure. As you will see throughout the course this is neither a one-stop-shop nor will this course give you an agile framework to implement. Simply because this doesn’t exist.
Rather, we want to give you the knowledge and tools to go back to your organization and work with agile principles, methods, and culture the way it works for you.
When you are done with this course you will have a thorough understanding of agile, enterprise agility, its principles, and mechanisms. You’ll be ready to take on new challenges and start your and your organization's agile journey.
Tobias Falkberger and Ida Kjaer have created this course, and will also be your teachers.
Tobias is the Director of People and Culture at RiksTV, Norway’s most agile organization, and has extensive experience working with agile transformation on both organizational and team levels.
Ida is a certified agile coach through ICAgile and is a Business Agility Coach at Norway’s largest financial institution. Ida has and is working with organizational and team transformations both as a consultant for Deloitte and now as a Business Agility Coach.

Tobias Falkberger is Director of People and Culture at RiksTV, Norway's most agile company. Tobias has over 12 years of experience with building, leading, coaching, and working with and in agile teams.
As a member of RiksTV's Executive Management team, he is pushing the flywheel, preaching about transparency, collaboration, and growth. Coaching teams and leaders to high performance. Tobias is both a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner.
Ida Kjaer is a Business Agility Coach in Norway's largest financial institution. She has almost 10 years of experience working with teams and organizations.
She is coaching and working with teams and individuals to empower and enable them to meet tomorrow's challenges. Ida is both a certified Agile Coach, Lean Yellow Belt, and Scrum Master.
Together, we have Norway's largest agile podcast, Smidigpodden (Agilepodcast) where we explore and discuss all things agile. We both have extensive experience as course instructors, and as public speakers at conferences.
