In this chapter we will start designing the central core of the HUD by keeping in mind the laws of nature.
In this development phase we will continue to add some more essential HUD elements to build the assets for animation.
While building up our HUD assets we will learn the intricacies of placing the elements at right places where they belong.
In this chapter we will transfer the HUD assets from Adobe Illustrator to After Effects.
In this chapter we will start animating the HUD assets in After Effects by keeping in mind the imaginative storyboard. we will animate the core of the HUD and make our way out.
After animating the center now we will animate the farthest part of the HUD to give it a feeling of eruption.
In this chapter we will add a camera, depth of field, noise and grid to present our HUD Design and Animation.
HUD design is not just about adding some random shapes to the screen. There is a story and a proper thought process behind each line and dot that creates a HUD. In this chapter, I will walk you through the whole process of designing a HUD from scratch to the end.
After the thought process and story, we will begin building the HUD Assets in Illustrator by keeping in mind the thought process and animation in After Effects. We will also learn the workflow between Illustrator and After Effects.
After Design phase in Illustrator, we will transfer the Illustrator HUD assets into After Effects and animate each and every layer professionally.
In the End we will add camera, depth of field, noise and Grid for final presentation.
