Perfect Your Daily Routine

You should always view life ethics in ways that develop the spirit which makes you grow every day.

You have probably heard that a morning routine is the key to having a successful day.

A morning routine gives you time to yourself to relax and get in the right mindset. Also, a morning routine can strengthen your power with the Law of Attraction.

Use your morning routine to begin your manifestation practice. Right after getting up in the morning, we feel free; we feel light, and the worries of our day have not yet crawled into our minds. This is the perfect time for visualizations, meditation, journaling, etc.

Here are 5 things you should add to your morning routine

1. Meditation - Meditating first thing in the morning is so powerful, it is where your mind is at a clean slate, and you are most open to the possibilities of the day. This is where we can start manifesting our realities and start setting ourselves us for success right at the beginning of the day.

2. Journal - Take 20 minutes and a free-flow journal, whatever came up to you from your meditation or whatever you need to get off your mind. Putting it on paper stops your monkey chatter, and you start your day with a clean slate.

3. 3/3 Exercise - This is one of my favorites, it reverse engineers what your goals are and how you're going to achieve them. You write down 3 things you want to manifest in 3 years. 3 things in 1 year. 3 things in 1 month. 3 things in 1 week. And finally 3 things that you need to do TODAY in order to achieve those goals.

4. Perfect Day - Take time to write (or say out loud) your perfect day. Write it in the first person present tense and absorb the energies you want to embody within your perfect day. Be as detailed as possible when creating your perfect day; remember, this is a manifestation and visualization tool. It will help you embody the right feelings, attitude, and mindset so that the perfect day will become your reality.

5. Affirmations - Create an affirmation for yourself on what you want your reality to be. Repeat your affirmation several times a day, out loud, with emotion. When you act and believe something is true, especially when you want it badly, you can achieve it in your current reality.

What is Your Why?

We all have something that fuels us. That made us determined that we were going to succeed in life.

Where 80% of the time you are giving and 20% of the time you are selling.

KLT (Know, Like, Trust) - I've talked about KLT quite a bit. This is SOOO important as your audience needs to get to know you as a person. All of your failures, all of your triumphs, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Once they see you and connect to you on a personal level they will like you and trust you. Once they trust you this is where you will sell them whatever it is you're selling.

Email list - And finally, your email list. You've already been collecting emails based on your freebie, now it's time to set up your emails and email your audience with your offers. Again, remember the 80/20 rule. DO NOT bombard your audience with sales emails every day as this will lose the trust factor with your audience. They want to see who you truly are, and what are some of the things you're working through on a personal level.

All Eyeballs on You

Now is the time to get as many people to see your offer as possible. The more 'eyeballs' that are on your offer the more people will purchase from you.

Let's look at the two methods that you can use to get more people to see your offer.

FREE - Free marketing aka organic marketing is a simple way to get people to purchase from you. 

I've shared several options for organic marketing with you thus far, and will continue to share more. Let's take a look at some of these methods now.

Social Media - Social media will be the easiest, as we all have access to our cell phones and the internet daily at the tip of our fingers. We can easily share value-based content, about our personal lives, as well as our offers easily on social. Now, with so many social platforms, it is easy to be on as many or as few as you choose. Whichever you choose that is where your people will be. Do not overwhelm yourself and try to be on every single platform. Pick one or two that you resonate with and go with that one. You can choose from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.

Word of Mouth - This is a very simple method of sharing products that you LOVE with the people that you love. If you love a product and you want someone else to love it then go ahead and share it with them. This is why the MLM business has been so successful for so many years, they have you reach out to all the people that you know first before moving on to other ways of marketing. The strategy here is to be in LOVE with the product that you're selling. The more you love it and use it the more you'll be inclined to share about it.

Email Marketing - You've already been collecting emails based on your freebie, now it's time to set up your emails and email your audience with your offers. Again, remember the 80/20 rule. DO NOT bombard your audience with sales emails every day as this will lose the trust factor with your audience. They want to see who you truly are, and what are some of the things you're working through on a personal level. 

Local shops - Similar to word of mouth, this is a great method if you have any shops local to you where you can promote your product. For example since Xpansion Alchemy is a spiritual/personal development school some shops you can go talk to people (or drop off flyers, business cards, etc) would be your local health food store, yoga studio, etc. 

Other - Get creative, and let your imagination run wild. The more people that see what you are selling the better!

Organic marketing is a great option if you are just starting out and do not have the resources to spend money on ads at the moment. Do not be discouraged as this is a completely viable way of marketing and I've personally built a six-figure business (in 42 days) using organic marketing just on youtube. Though this strategy might take some time to work up, it is completely possible. Do not be discouraged. 

Please note, that when I built my six-figure business organically I was doing ALL of the things that I am teaching you in this course. Mindset, motivation, and manifestation as well as marketing. It didn't happen overnight (though it might seem like it), but my energy was aligned with my six-figure business and the results followed. 

PAID - Paid advertising is a bit of a bigger beast but can be very effective in getting more eyeballs on your product quickly. With paid advertising, you can set your parameters of who exactly is going to see your product and even create look-alike audiences for people similar to the ones interested, who have purchased, or more. 

Solo Ads - Solo ads are ads strictly in email. The providers of the ads have massive lists and you essentially buy 'click' from them where they sound out X amount of emails. You can set your parameters of what industry you are looking for, and can see other successful ads from the providers. Solo ads are mostly pay-per-click. I have provided you with some of my top solo ads providers & services in the files section of this module. 

Social Media Advertising - This is probably the most common way of advertising. Scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, all of a sudden you see an ad for something (without even realizing it's an ad) on TikTok, and before you know it you purchase something that you don't even need. Social media ads are getting more popular, and social media lately has been trying to get people to spend more money on ads. This is a great option if you know what you're doing and where you're not wasting your hard-earned dollars (though there are tons of courses and youtube videos out there that can help you with this if needed). 

SMS Marketing - SMS marketing is a great option if you chose to collect phone numbers from all of your subscribers as well. This works well because we live in 2023 and most of us are glued to our phones at all times. Text messages will more likely be read vs. an email. 

Remember, whichever option you choose, always lead with service and VALUE. Talk to people in the DM's, open up conversations, and provide your audience with VALUE before anything else.

Affirm Your Way to a Million Dollars

Let’s talk about the power of affirmations.

What are affirmations? How can they be used for self-motivation? How do they affect you?

Affirmations are simple statements with inspirational meanings that can be used to motivate you. They can also serve as reminders for your personal growth daily. Affirmations are strong agents for positivity and maintaining focus on our goals and objectives. They help us to start our day with a mindset of excellence, don't doubt the power that lies within them.

Start by saying your affirmations in the first person ("I" or "I am) to affirm in the present tense that your dream has materialized.

Some examples of I am affirmations are:

"I am confident of completing today's work"

"I am a compassionate person"

"I choose to be happy today".

State your affirmations in the present tense. The present tense not only reflects the desires of your subconscious but also removes doubt from your intentions because what you want is what you put down.

Make sure your affirmations are positive statements rather than negative ones. Instead of making them uncertain, you have to trick your mind into believing you already have what you desire. For example, instead of stating, "I no longer feel sad when I think of what happened," say something like, "I choose to be happy."

Affirmations also come with a spiritual charge compared to your usual motivational statements. There is always a need to incorporate strong emotions when manifesting. When emotion is added to your affirmations, you start to believe in it more due to the deep association you have connected to your experiences. Remember you are trying to create a connection.

Repeating positive affirmations every day can help you make your thoughts more positive, which will clear out old energy and allow new energy to come in.

So how do you use affirmations effectively?

Once you have your affirmations decided, write them down and leave them accessible to your sight at all times. Place your affirmations in places you can see easily, like a computer monitor, car steering wheel, wallet, fridge door, bathroom mirror, or you can set a reminder on your smartphone to look at them.

Repeat your affirmation several times a day, out loud, with emotion. When you act and believe something is true, especially when you want it badly, you can achieve it in your current reality.

Your Relationship With Money

I have a huge secret for you today!

If you want to change your financial wealth, you must first change your relationship with money.

Growing up, you were taught that “money makes the world go round” and that you had to work hard for your money.

That thinking is blocking you from attracting the life you want.

Let’s look at your relationship with money. Here is an exercise to help you build a better relationship with money.

Take a dollar bill (or any paper money) and hold it in your hands in front of you. Say the following to the money in your hands:

“I love you, thank you for being in my life, thank you for feeding me and taking care of myself and my family. I am so grateful for all the times you’ve had my back and have helped me in my life. I am sorry if I ever mistreated you, I am sorry if I spent you wrong, I am sorry if I ignored you and wasn’t grateful for all you’ve done for me. Please forgive me. And now, I want to ask you to be my friend; I will always give gratitude to you and what you have and will do for me at all times. I also ask you to multiply into hundreds of thousands more of you, and I am open to receiving MORE of you. Thank you for being in my life; I love you.”

How did that make you feel?

To make your goals and desires clearer, adopt a visualization technique that will help you through every step of the way.

A lot can be achieved by mere imagination. It’s like magic but way beyond that.

You don’t have to be completely isolated and quiet before you start to visualize. You can do this during quiet times in the office when on a walk, listening to music, or right before you sleep.

When doing this often, it will gradually become a part of you. You can use and turn to whenever you need solace or even an escape. A place that becomes your source of peace even when you’re not able to find any in real life. A place where dreams and desires are slowly constructed. A place where happiness is tapped.

Constantly visualizing the life you want to live will change the way you think and how you approach life itself. It builds up your confidence & strengthens your patience.

Everyone has a dream to chase but have they thought about what they will do once they get it?

Visualizing a world where you have everything you desire not only creates a mindset that is more receptive to gain, it also enables you to imagine what your life will be like once you have reached your goals.

As you’re visualizing what you want and feeling how amazing it is to achieve it, you’ll find that you’re even more inspired to go out and do what it takes to make it happen.

Practice visualization.

Visualize that what you desire is already in your life today. How does it feel? Experience those emotions as if it is a present reality. Feel and experience your dream in your mind’s eye, letting those emotions build.

Take 10 quiet minutes to pause.

Take a mental trip away from the world's hassles and search for inner peace.

Imagine yourself in a better situation.

Walk through that home, sit in the car or imagine yourself with all that money.

Imagine yourself in places you’ve always wanted to visit.

Imagine yourself talking to people you wish you had always wanted to speak to.

Whatever it is that you want to manifest, feel it using every physical sense and emotion as if it were already here as you visualize it.

Surrender to Receive

Let's talk about the TOP reasons why people never manifest what they want. It's a lesson that I had to learn to receive my manifestations. It is a Spiritual Law that Deepak Chopra spoke about in his book "The Spiritual Laws Of Success." This law today is all about the SIXTH one.

The Sixth Law of Spiritual Success is: The Law of Detachment

In detachment lies the wisdom of uncertainty. It may be tough to comprehend, I get that but think about it like this: by separating yourself from your past, you finally get freedom. You let go of your limiting thoughts and expectations. Anything and everything is once again possible and you can achieve so much. This mindset opens you up for freedom and success.

Our feelings of attachment are based on fear and insecurity—which stem from not loving ourselves. When we feel secure, our dependence dissipates.

With this, we have the full freedom to create.

We cannot really search for security; searching for security means attaching ourselves to the known. But what do we know? What knowledge are we comfortable with? Our past. And that leads to stagnation and no forward momentum.

Uncertainty, on the other hand, is where creativity and freedom lie. The future is not set in stone, there is room to grow, to change, to alter, this in itself is freedom.

Just as we have the Law of Attraction, we have the Law of Detachment, and it does not interfere with your goal-setting or your intentions. If you set your sight on going in a certain direction, you will still get here.

However, between where you are now and where you want to be there are infinite possibilities.

How can you allow yourself to detach?

Here are a few helpful affirmations

● Today I will commit myself to detaching myself from the known

● Today I know uncertainty is essential in my experience

● I will accept all possibilities and wait for the excitement that will happen when I keep my mind open.

One of my favorite methods for detachment is "Ho'oponopono".

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian term for perfection which literally means "making things right".It is an incredible technique that makes you release both mental and spiritual stress without the use of yoga, medicine, or spiritual practices.

This practice is super simple and can be done virtually anywhere.

Adopting a Ho'oponopono technique will help you forget negative memories and thoughts as well. Memories hold a lot of negative experiences which we sometimes find difficult to let go.

Let’s take a look at the four Ho'oponopono mantras...

I love you

I'm sorry

Please forgive me

Thank you

Adopting the values of these four phrases in our acts can give you the needed control of your thoughts and the kind of life you want to live. The four phrases highlight love, forgiveness, repentance, and gratitude respectively, which we can use to overcome the problems we encounter.

Simply repeat the four phrases to yourself over and over again until you feel a release.
