Pilu from Argentina, based in Indonesia for the last 5 years has a vast experience in aerial practice.
With a background in aerial silk, trapeze and climbing, the Aerial Yoga practice offer to her a good balance for her passions.
She has been practicing yoga fr over 8 years. After completing her first 200hs in Ashtanga Mysore she jumped into the Fly High Yoga Teacher Training on 2017. That was the start of her studding yoga journey completing then her Yin YTT, Vinyasa YTT, Anatomy Yoga Studies, Meditation, etc; with some amazing teachers like Brihony Smith and Jason Crandell.
Her classes are focus on alignment and fun transitions. She believes the belt is valuable tool to work on lengthening the spine in all directions, especially to help with certain types of back bend discomfort.
