Description

WELCOME TO LEARN TO FLY!

Aerial Yoga at Home

This is a Mini Version of the 4 Modules full course Learn to Fly!

Tone your core, practice assisted inversions and connect with your inner child.

I created these Aerial Yoga classes to cultivate the confidence for new aerial yogis .

You will be guided through beginner and intermediate sequences, learning new aerial poses and transitions.

Safety is top priority in my ONLINE classes and will flow as so:

  • The first class is slow, having time to observe and feel, to learn the bases of this beautiful practice and to do it in a safe manner.

  • The second class is a ladder flow*, We build the sequence together to create confidence in each pose, moving safely with the belt (or any aerial yoga prop you are using).

  • The tutorials are a great support to reinforce the practice.

  • For those who want a greater challenge, the "Jump to bird" tutorial will provide lots of fun.

  • The "bonus class" is a yummy Aerial Yin Class.

2 Yang classes plus the "bonus Yin class" plus 2 tutorials.

If you want to learn new aerial yoga sequences, create space and play in a safe environment … this is FOR YOU!

The classes are part of the full Program, Learn to Fly!

*Ladder Flow: Stacking a few poses one after another, repeating them a few times, adding more to build complexity into our ladder. This class structure has the perfect combination for online classes. It allows us to have a moment focused on each pose and at the same time, flow smoothly through them.

Who this course is for:
