This short but impactful course helps you gain confidence and knowledge in how to communicate your communities advantages on tours or with guests.  We discuss everything from finding your advantages, turning your disadvantages into advantages and the golden circle as a way to position yourself in a certain way in the market.  We also help you create a list of great questions to provide guests as their do their research and tour the competition, these questions help us to become the standard for Senior housing. Lastly, we talk about the value of boasting about our differences, not in a way of putting down competitors, but in a way of elevating our brand and our experience.
