Welcome to this self-study Advanced Yoga Training Course (AYTC)
This Course was developed as part of an Educational Program to support Yoga Community in Learning & Development and promote a Spiritual approach in Life. It is an extensive educational training, in which I put a lot of effort, passion and personal motivation to make it of use for the yoga community and a source of inspiration for a mindful living. We all need that. Now more than ever, we need to live consciously, being aware of our Body, Mind and Soul, but also being supporting for our community and work in the service of humanity.
What will you get?
This course is not replacing in any way the on-site, face to face TTC for authorized Yoga Teacher, but it will provide you a deep understanding of what you will actually learn in a TTC, and a lot more on the business side, spiritual journey and personal insights.
After completing this entire course, you will be rewarded with a Certificate of Completion that will confirm your successful completion of this Advanced Yoga Training Course, which might formally help you in further scenarios.
Course Goals
The main objective is to give you a deep understanding of Yoga as a way to guide your path in Life. Therefore, informally, as a Student, you will benefit from the yoga understanding provided, no matter for which reason you are here, now. Each Student will give a personal significance in the end to yoga and will tailor and adapt it as a practice in his life in order to reach his personal goals, either these being mastering and teaching yoga, or developing a business to outreach a community, or practicing for therapeutic or spiritual benefits. You might also be here without a specific goal, just searching to acquire new knowledge or just wandering. And it is fine. Sometimes in life we need to stop running, let go all our narratives, reconnect with ourselves and try to listen what our inner voice has to answer to these questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What should I do next? How do I give back?. Just let your Soul guide you through this journey and enjoy it. Through yoga practice and meditation, you will get plenty of insights on this journey and you might develop new healthy lifestyle habits that will benefit your life and your personal development.
No matter what your connection to yoga would be, being committed to learning and practicing what this course teaches you, will be so rewarding.

You will be surprised how many changes the practice will bring into your life, not only to your body, but also to the way you feel and interact with others. Yoga is a way to gain this balance and awareness.
