Advanced Text in Adobe After Effects(& C4D Lite) Vol.1-4

Episode One:

Create 3D text using Cinema 4D Lite that comes with Adobe After Effects. I would recommend this class for students that are experienced with Adobe After Effects and would like to learn some basic Cinema 4D Lite skills.

In this class you will learn:

• How to create 3D text using C4D Lite

• How to animate the text using C4D Lite

• How to stylize the text(font color, add a stroke)

• How to use the C4D Lite file inside an Adobe After Effects composition

You’ll be creating:

• A 3D text animation using the techniques taught in this class

Episode Two:

In this class you will learn how to create stretchy text using Adobe After Effects. I would recommend this class for intermediate students that are experienced with Adobe After Effects and would like to learn a new technique.

In this class you will learn:

• How to create stretchy text using Adobe After Effects

• How to create shape layers from text

• How to edit the paths of shape layers

• How to use the graph editor to refine the animation

• How to stylize the animation

You’ll be creating:

• A stretchy text animation using the techniques taught in this class

Episode Three:

In this class you will learn how to create a weighted font animation using Adobe After Effects. I would recommend this class for intermediate students that are experienced with Adobe After Effects and would like to learn a new technique.

In this class you will learn:

• How to create weighted font text animation using Adobe After Effects

• How to create shape layers from text

• How to edit the paths of shape layers

• How to use the graph editor to refine the animation

• How to improve the animation using the warp effect

You’ll be creating:

• A weighted font text animation using the techniques taught in this class

Episode Four:

Create a long shadow text animation using Adobe After Effects. I would recommend this class for students that are experienced with Adobe After Effects and would like to learn a new animation technique. I recommend it for intermediate students, but, some beginners may still be able to follow along with only minimal difficulty.

In this class you will learn:

• How to create shadow animations using Adobe After Effects

• How to animate the text using position properties

• Creating shape layers from text layers

• Using a repeater property on shape layers

• Offsetting and easing(using the graph editor) key-frames to create a creative animation

• How to create more complex shadow animation styles
