Your Shopify store: Common pitfalls, conversion killers -- which automatically lead to a drop in revenue and annoying your customers -- and what to do to identify and fix them. We’ll find these on both desktop and mobile (where I bet more than 50% of your traffic is coming from). This section will help you make more sales.
Email. You’re sending email to your customers. Is it effective? I’ll highlight the most common mistakes (which a huge percentage of Shopify stores are making) and show you how to fix them, to get more conversions and repeat orders, as well as give a more professional impression for your business.
Communication with your customers. It’s not just your website. There are a lot of areas where your customers interact with you. Do you know what they all are? Do you know if they’re all consistent and what they say about you? Do they make customers want to come back?
