Self Analysis

Watch yourself through your healing journey. See what is being presented.

Your facial expression, breath and stillness within. Is there any pain being felt in your body? Observe your toes, fingers, eyes, and chest. The body will give you information. As you code see how the body reacts.

As you deeper into your Light Language expressions you will find yourself experiencing new things, insights, and deep realisations. All bringing in the new, see how you feel about these new presentations from the Universe. Notice your emotional response and how your body interacts with the data coming into your awareness.

Mind Analysis

Ego and the Higher Ego mind.

As you shift your conscious connection and embody the vibration down into your base chakra, you will find your codes will assist you in moving your ego mind into a higher perspective of being.

Observe the shifts within you. Others will see the changes in you. You will feel stronger and more confident. This is the higher self integrating into your body. Your true being stabilised into your embodied state.

3rd Insights and Expression of Light

Moving you deeper into other realms and realities comes from the deepening of your 3rd eye connection. Observe how it all comes together for you.

You will find yourself feeling outside of your body but at the same time connected to it. Feeling through your senses. Try to detach, but not, it sounds strange, but once you experience it, you will never unsee.

Electric Circuit -

The body holds a beautiful alignment and the energy that runs through the energetic field responds to the physical body. This connection is the practice of a Master. A true practice of integrity is held by the person who shifts their relationship to the inner world of being.

Use this practice of holding your wrists together to create a circuit for the body to balance itself.

Place the hands together aligning the fingertips. Place your joined hands at the point of contact with the body you are balancing or focusing on, not with Mind/ thought, but by an intuitive response to a need to do so.

This circuit creates a unique energy bond, running throughout the physical body alignment and the energetic flowing systems.

An infinity symbol is created, with bent elbows, look and see the shape of the balance outwardly and feel it inwardly as you close your eyes and feel into the ignition of the Light.

Central Column of Light -

The central column of Light is within and without the physical body.

Connecting to higher levels of consciousness and aligning the central column of Light will assist you in your healing journey and enable you to intensify the codes you bring forward. Anchor your energy into the original template of the earth's grid.

See who you are not.

Observe the energy and the body, how your body feels. Adjust accordingly. 

Within the body.

The alignment of energy that reaches the highest possible outcome of connection rises from the top of the head and deepens deep down into the original template of the earth’s system. This system runs throughout the whole of the centre of the body, the main Chakra system, down the physical spine and connects to the Red Light, Base Chakra.

Without and into the outer auric field of energetic bodies

This energetic column of Light will be felt from the outer parts of connection with the physical body. This field of Light will vortex around you. You may feel the effects, you may not.

Connect with the central column of Light and feel a shift within yourself as the energy refines and balances your flowing systems. Enabling you to shift density from your bodies, both energetic and physical.

Anchor your Light into the highest connection achievable in your current moment, and filter the system throughout your heart field/ energy centre. Move the energy through the body and shift it downward, or upwards according to your intuitive thought.

The anchor of energy sits with your base and extends to your feet. Have a sense of wanting to push the energy from the heel of the foot and the ball of the foot. Thus, creating a firm footing of energy flowing throughout the energetic field, cleansing and clearing unwanted energy that resonates at lower frequencies of Light vibration.

Let the body move where guided intuitively.

Dissolving Density -

As the energy starts to come down from higher realms of inner standing, visualise the energy moving throughout the central column of Light. This Light holds a higher frequency than the energy held within the physical body and energetic bodies. Set your intention to dissolve this energy, seeing within your mind's eye, the insight of knowing the energy is being dissolved as it is transmuted into positive charge energy. Either releasing or shifting into a new charge of positivity.

Physical Body -

Skin, hair, and Nails

The sections of the physical body can be divided into three parts, a triad of parts all providing the soul to move upon the Planet. A beautiful organic machine that needs upgrades to sustain the higher frequencies of Light.

Hair, skin, and nails all hold an outer process of working within the energetic, upgrading the physical body and the current mechanism of healing the physical body itself.

Skeleton

The skeleton is the framework of the body and within the body, the framework lies the blood, or bone marrow. Here all of the structure and intelligence of the body sits. Waiting for upgrades of Light.

Inner Body-

The body’s inner workings are all joined in union, creating a journey of form. From the lungs, heart and down the intestines and all that is in between, the expression of Light, will assist in the upgrading of the systems of both physical and energetic.

All three components sit well with each other and form the body.

Cellular Structure -

The deep cellular structure of the body lies within the cell of One. The egg of creation. The first cell that sits in the womb creates another form of body. The interaction with the masculine creates the child within.

The focus of inner healing of the physical body sits here, this is the focal point.

Breath and Movement -

Let the body set itself into motion. The body knows exactly what to do.

Healing Connection Codes -

Lower Body

Use these codes of Light to bring forward your codes. Remember we must be empowered to align with our codes to shift our awareness of mind into the inner wisdom within.

Upper Body

Shift your thoughts to your lower body when you focus on your upper and vice versa. Joining and aligning to your body, allow it to move and shift the energy that no longer serves it and you. This data frequency will realign you to the greater Light.

You hold your keys -

When you have ignited your own Light Language and have moved into self-expression, you come to the understanding that you hold all of your keys. These keys are Light codes. The activation keys hold a sense of settlement for the mind to shift into full awareness. But here lies the journey of the experience. Let your codes flow and move the energy as you do. Be consciously aware of the transactions of the bodies you hold. The central column of Light and the attraction and magnetism of all that you are, all coming together in complete flow with ease and grace. It is the purity of the heart that will filter the transactions.

Align with fellow Light coders and feel into your connections. They may hold a similar expression of a sense of resonance. These people will hold keys for you. As you upgrade your system we find ourselves connecting to frequency beings. The codes will flow and the strengthening of your energetic field expands into the ignition of your Light beyond all expectations.
