Rush is an amazing desktop and mobile application designed for online video creators with export options ranging from Youtube to Facebook. It is an an all-in-one video editing program with motion graphics and audio mixing capabilities. It is perfect for someone who is new to video-editing.

Class Objectives

After this class you will know how to do the following:

• Create a new Premiere Rush project.

• Know your way around the interface and video timeline.

• Perform basic edits, arranging clips and working in multiple layers.

• Create graphics, titles and texts.

• Add suitable transitions to your videos.

• Learn the basics of colour including how to grade footage and how to add film effects.

• Alter the speed to create depth in your shots.

• Adjust audio to improve sound quality.

• Scale, crop and move clips around the screen.

• Export your video and upload to social media channels.

Instructor

I am a student and part-time video editor with two UK film festival awards under my belt. In the past I have used both Adobe Premiere Pro and iMovie however I truly believe that Adobe Premiere Rush is the most suitable video-editing software for creators on the go or those who are just entering the scene.
