Data Import Wizard

Data Loader
It allows you to insert, update, upsert, delete, and export. You also get an increase from 50,000 max records with the import wizard, to 5,000,000. There are also a variety of backend settings which means this data loader can pretty much handle any scenario you throw at it.
Report
A report is a powerful tool to analyze Salesforce data and answer the business question.
The report type is used in creating the report.
Report Type
Two types of report types, Standard & Custom.
Report type determines which object and fields can be shown in the report.
In the custom report type, we choose 1 primary object and up to 3 child object
Type of reports
Tabular Report
The simplest type of report. Just like an Excel sheet.
Summary Report
When we apply row-wise grouping on a tabular report, it becomes a summary report.
Most commonly used report.
Matrix Report
When we apply row and column grouping both.
Joined Report
Allows you to create 2 or more reports in the same display screen to compare data.
Dashboard
A dashboard helps to show data from more than 1 report and represents it in a graphical way.
20 components can be added to the Dashboard.
We can set people to view as data in the dashboard.
If people view the set as a running user, it is known as a dynamic dashboard.
Users can subscribe to the dashboard, to get information automatically.

The Approval Process in Salesforce is an automotive process that approves records for Salesforce. As the process is automotive it works on certain criteria. The approval process may include rejection, recall, or the first-time approval submission.
With screen flows, Salesforce interacts with your users, asking questions and presenting information. Based on the user's answers, a screen flow can update data, send out communications, and show more questions or information.
