Yaroslav es fundadora de Humanly Positive, LLC una organización que busca facilitar talleres y cursos sobre felicidad, inteligencia emocional, atención plena y psicología positiva. Ella tiene más de 25 años de experiencia en el mundo corporativo, donde ha ocupado varios puestos de liderazgo en compañías Fortune 800 en las áreas de gerencia de proyectos, soporte de ventas y cadena de suministro. Yaro es originaria de Caracas, Venezuela y tiene una Maestría en Desarrollo Organizacional de la Universidad Regis en Denver, Colorado (USA).
