Description

In this course, students will learn how to apply pressure to specific acupuncture points, to stimulate the channels which communicates with the nervous system to trigger the release of the feel-good chemicals. If these acupressure points are done correctly as it is demonstrated in my short, precise course your emotion and mental functions, which are viewed by Chinese medicine theory as components of qi (chi) (the body's vital energy) and blood. This will correct the movement of qi (chi) and blood in the meridians which bring balance back to the mind, body, and spirit.

Students will learn to manage and balance their emotions with energy they harvest, to nurture their souls.

Learning the basis of naturally healing or helping with depression symptoms is a plus when you know how to use the natural energy around use to heal our souls.

In a time like now when the world is at turmoil, we all should seek a way to balance our system when hell breaks loose. I practice what I preach to fully benefit from the energy around, since we are also pure energy.

Please enjoy and practice how to take care of your mental health and your family's, because knowledge is power when you can fine resources within you and nature.
