1. Continue Using Your Weekly Flow Chart
Continue using your Weekly Flow Chart, remembering that it is only a support and thus don't get attached to perfection. Simply play with it as a way to activate more flow through weekly structure.
2. Your Weekly Tool
Do a consciousness inventory walk and journal your experience after. Becoming aware of what comes up to the surface in your mind allows you to see what is asking for completion so that it can be released and you can free up energy. The more incompletions you carry, the more fatigue you’ll experience.
Download the consciousness inventory tool in the downloads section and follow the steps. When we feel complete, the mind can be at peace. The aim is to live a more 'empty' life so that flow has space to motion through you without getting stuck in story.
3. Your Everyday Practice
I encourage you to become aware of the identity you carry and have attached to. Can you experiment with releasing your need to be right? Can you go about your day observing the many stories and beliefs that run the show? Notice if recurring thoughts limit your potential. Awareness is the medicine to relieve this.
