Here you can see all brushes you may need for this tutorial! Important to remember - shapes is more important then numbers.
SHAPE: each shape of brush have own, specific type of brushstroke, so if you see exact type of brush in the tutorial - don't replace it for another type of the brush.
NUMBER: numbers are optional because its depends from your experience and size of painting surface.
If you are beginner you may like switch to the smaller brush. Small brush gives better control with less effort. But...! You will need more time to complete part of tutorial witch was done with bigger brush.
If you have experience you may prefer bigger brush, because its able to cover bigger area, paint more details in one go, so its faster to paint with it. But...! Bigger brush needs control on brush pole pressure!

Best choice for this tutorial is the same size and type of the surface as I used. You can choose another paper, but be sure its good quality!
Watercolor have to be professional grade.

First part we usually need to start with - background. For seascape it is sky! Sky here have many details and mix of watercolor techniques will help you to create it: spraying, wet-in-wet, napkins!
