Aconex System

The Aconex learning path introduces the fundamentals of Aconex. The course will provide you with the knowledge to make Aconex easier and more effective. You will learn about the Aconex model, how organizations create and share information, and the importance of revision control and how to do setup new project on Aconex system (project setting file, onboarding the users, setup the distribution list) and migrating documents from the old folder to Aconex system. Manage project and ensure quality submission and tracking incoming and outgoing transmittal & workflows. It provides you with additional knowledge to help you get the most from Aconex. You will learn about managing larger volumes of information and the principles of good document control, understand how to manage large volumes of information efficiently, learn how to track and report on key project information and become familiar with controlling project communications. Learn how to control the creation of information Master managing your projects, organization, and users Understand documentation and basic change management. It provides you with the knowledge to successfully manage your organization, its users, and your projects. You will learn good practice principles and the importance of documenting how your project is configured.
