Welcome to the best course for Capsim Capstone Simulation you will find in the web. I added subtitles to this one since my accent is terrible, hope you enjoy it!
This course will cover all your 8 rounds of simulation, round by round with recommended numbers and strategies to make your company successful and maximize your Balance Scorecard. There is an Advanced Spreadsheet attached to the last course in Round 8, The advanced spreadsheet contains number by number decisions for all 8 rounds
This course is only for Capstone, its the orange version of the simulation, make sure you have the correct one before moving forward, to be 100% sure; check the segments of your report, you should have Traditional, Low End, High End, Performance and Size segments. Your simulation should have 6 to 8 rounds. If your simulation is called Capstone 2.0 then this course will have the same fundamentals but the interface will be different, reach out to me via email and I can help you navigate Capstone 2.0
This course will help you make the first round of decisions and onwards and teach you some tricks to navigate the simulation as easy as possible for your rounds to come.
Please note that this course covers ALL ROUNDS of the simulation but all rounds are dependent from each other, if you are already underway and you already completed your first round then the numbers in this course might not fit 100% your simulation but the concepts will still be very helpful.
This course is also applicable for the 2026 Version
During this course you will be able to accomplish the following:
Complete your first round without cheating
Understand the simulation in a way professors do not teach
Be able to write an Executive Summary if necessary
