-Overtone Singing

Overtone singing is the vocal technique that literally breaks up the harmonics we usually can’t hear when someone is singing so that we can hear them.

This creates the sound of someone singing two notes at the same time. It is a vocal technique that is used in many Native singing practices.

Please note, this is by no means an exhaustive list! The Collection of Mantras here are ones that I particularly like and they happen to all be Sanskrit, but there are so many more for you to explore!

The translations are translations that I resonate with, but the Mantras (especially those in Sanskrit) really do not have words in our language to fully describe them so if you find other translations please do not worry.

Procedure - Releasing Emotional Wounds in the Throat Chakra

-This is a procedure for you to work with clients.

-In this procedure we will be working with crystals, geometry and sound.

-I would recommend running this procedure a maximum of once a month. It is for people who have a lot of emotion held within their throat chakra.
