
It's not only about why, when and where we eat. How we eat plays an important role. Being "present at the plate" makes a huge difference to what happens to food once it's inside our bodies.
Most diets are doomed to failure from the outset but that's not all. Most diets end up with the client feeling a failure because of dieting. The industry win's every time as the client thinks that yet another diet is worth trying. The vast majority of diets end up by piling on the pounds in terms of fat and misery.
In order to be coming from the same place as your client, you must have an understanding of the needs that are driving their choices in life and how they are fulfilling these needs. This lecture will explain this.
The fulfilling of the basic needs don't necessarily have to be positive and to fulfill these needs your client may be making poor decisions, especially in relation to their emotional and dietary needs.
In preparation for the exercise that follows, I give examples of how my own needs are being met.

This course is, first and foremost, about you learning the right tools and techniques to have your clients succeed in controlling their weight issues long term.
It will also give you the confidence to coach your clients and to know what to do to succeed with weight control and weight loss.
In this course you will also discover how and why many weight loss programmes fail and what to do to make yours successful. Though the reason for many people being overweight is often because they are eating too much, much of the problem has so much more to do with why they are eating.
Using a combination of EFT, Self-Hypnosis and Mindfulness you will learn how to deal with cravings, impulses and emotional drivers that lead people to make poor choices about what and when they eat. You will also empower them to have more control and to make wiser choices in other areas of their lives too.
