As a retired Corporate Controller, I have over thirty-five years of executive management accounting experience. I graduated from Long Beach State University in 1984. I started out my accounting career as a night auditor, working for a national hotel chain, while still in college. After years of progressing my way up the corporate ladder, I was promoted to property Controller in 1992. I left the hospitality industry in 1999 and joined on with a large mortuary/cemetery company, where I was Controller until I retired from the corporate world in 2017.
