I am a Mindset, Performance, and Career coach with corporate experience of 25+ years. I have lead and worked in large scale Change and Organizational Transformation programs while working with leading organizations and clients across the US, Europe, India, Middle East, and the Asia Pacific. I have also authored five books on Management and Personal Excellence.
Through the right mentors at the beginning of my career, I understood that any organizational transformation or change has to have people at its center. I have experienced that any change or business transformation is successful when people change fast, adopt new behaviors, take charge of their mindset and performance and develop a complete sense of ownership for their lives and careers. This insight made me make people the center of my work with tools and methodologies as my support. I got myself upskilled in Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, and NLP to get better at changing people’s mindset. Using these skills combined with my other core skills helped me deliver successful organizational transformations and ensured that people are intrinsically motivated to perform at their peak potential.
Another insight that I have got during my career is that the biggest ‘villains’ that come in the way of a better life and career are:
· ‘not taking action’ and
· ‘dependency on things external to us to make our lives better.’
I have myself struggled with these two villains in my life and then got better of them. Once I got better at them, I made sure that it remains so. Many people I have coached have identified that wiping out these “villains” from their lives has been their key to success. Coaching can give a process to follow, it can provide tools, but the application is individual driven. My skill lies in providing the right approach and means that, when applied, would give definite results. I have a great desire to see more and more people wipe out the “villains” from their lives by taking charge of their lives. I saw Udemy as the right platform to meet that objective by creating a series of online courses targeted at working professionals. It is nothing better than starting with a course on the most pressing need: to achieve ‘career growth.’
