Hi, I’m Portia. I’m a Holistic Literacy Coach with a comprehensive background and experience in education for academic development and delivery. I believe in mastering knowledge for practical application in Life and Business. I have always felt that the rigid traditional classroom limits creativity and how students should master facts and ideas for practical application in their studies and research projects.

Therefore, with my belief in Academic literacy as a strong foundation in learning and a bridge to understanding anything and the world around you, I found that a course like Academic Literacy Skills would empower students, both the young and old, with all the basic Academic Literacy Skills that are relevant and helpful in the present-day world.
