In this AB-730 exam preparation course:
We'll start by looking at Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. We'll look at how to sign into Copilot, have conversations using effective prompts, and saving, sharing and scheduling prompts.
We'll then move outside of Copilot Chat. We’ll identify responsible AI and data protection practices, such as identifying common risks, and find out how to use Copilot for meetings, Copilot Pages for collaboration, and using Copilot memory and instructions.
Finally, we'll go to agents and apps. We'll see how to use pre-built Copilot agents and create customized agents. We’ll also see how to draft business documents and communications using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
No prior knowledge is required. This course completes with quizzes, practice activities and practice tests, so you can be sure that you are learning.
Once you have completed this course, you will have an expanded knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agents. With some practice, you could even take the official Microsoft AB-730 exam, which gives you the "Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals" certificate. This would look good on your CV or resume.
