I have worked in the web and interactive industry since 1999, and I have a Masters of Science degree from Purdue University in Computer Graphics Technology, for conducting an ethnographic (usability) research study for multi-user collaboration multi-touch devices.
Key UX consulting clients have included: Microsoft, Indeed, Esri, several small businesses, and many tech startup companies. Over the years, through my employment background, I have been involved with design and user experience efforts on projects for Fortune 100 companies, US Federal agencies, and with budgets of over $12 million.
