ok, so let's quickly and easily breakdown the reflex areas without confusion.
Now, it's important that you prepare the feet properly before you massage them
You will feel how amazing even just the warm up strokes feel.
DIAPHRAGM
The diaphragm is the major breathing muscle. Just as the diaphragm stretches across the torso, the diaphragm reflex stretches across the foot. The main point of this reflex is located below the third toe. Massage the diaphragm reflex with the thumbs using effleurage motions. As the guest inhales, move the thumbs from the center point out. As the guest exhales, move thumbs to meet at the center point of the diaphragm reflex. Then do thumb presses and finish again with glides as you did before.
The spinal reflexes are located along the inside arch of the foot. If you feel along the back of your neck and upper shoulders, the most noticeable bony protrusion is the spinous process of cervical vertebrae number 7 (C7). The area that protrudes the most on the foot is the medial base of the proximal phalanx of the big toe. This is the reflex for C7. The spine has four natural curves—cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral. The inside arch of the foot has four curves that relate reflexively to the spinal curves.
Now we are going to work from the shoulder line all the way down to the heel which the at the pelvic line.
Now, let's practice what we have done so far. As you will see, you already have a great skillset to give a fabulous foot reflexology massage.
Now it is time to do the heel area which has the sciatic line on it
So, now that we have worked the sole of the foot it is time to move to the top and outer side of the foot.
And finally, we come to the toes. Let's work all of the head, sinuses, and many of the endocrine glands
Don't drop the ball now, you have done an amazing foot reflexology massage so finish it off perfectly as well
Why no written sequence? there is a very good reason for that.
Now that you have learned all of the areas, let's do the entire sequence
You can watch the video if you are not sure as you do a wonderful foot reflexology massage on your own feet
Now, I want to explain about reflexology charts and the differences

Here is the foot massage setup for when you want to both sit on the sofa
Ok, now let's start on the other persons feet and give them an incredible foot reflexology massage
This is the entire sequence but this time I have music so that you can follow along and just listen to the music
Now in the past, I have had students ask me to provide the sequence without music so that they can play their own music so here is the entire sequence without music.
If you want to take it to another level and really give someone an all out blissful experience then this is what you can also do.
This is a wonderfully decadent foot scrub. Make the scrub and then apply a little bit to your feet, massage it around and then wash it off. Your feet will feel fabulous! This is perfect for you at the end of a long day out on your feet shopping or just having to stand for a long time.
Here is another version of the foot scrub that oils much wetter and also uses course ground salts. This is especially good for tougher skin. You can try both and see which one suits you better.
You can add some essential oils into your lubricant so that they also get the wonderfully therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy. I have given you several blends to use
