Join me for a delicious class, learning to make mouthwatering dishes from India, all from scratch, in the comfort of your own kitchen, and at your own pace.
We will make simple, yummy recipes that don’t need any special equipment!
This class includes 10 dishes - appetizers, mains, condiments, sides, and drinks too - each dish has its own step by step video, written recipe, ingredient and equipment list!

Some areas of India are very vegan friendly, and some are less - we are going to make delicious vegan versions of some popular dishes, meet new ingredients and flavours, learn great recipes and helpful kitchen tips.
In this class we are going to make some of my favorite dishes that are inspired by my time living and travelling in India!

On her 11th birthday, Roni decided to become a vegetarian.
Years later she made the transition to a full vegan, plant-based lifestyle.
Roni loves to share her passion for delicious, healthy eats through a variety of plant-based cooking classes.
Roni shares step by step, easy-to-follow, mouth-watering recipes from around the world.
Roni is the author of a vegan cookbook - "Roni's Kitchen - Recipes from my food journeys around the world", and is currently working on her second cookbook - "Food Therapy" - that will be published in November 2024.
