Description

This simple step by step illustrated course is a map showing us a way to find out who we are. To discover a sense of self, by coming out of the past, being more in the present and moving to and creating the future that we desire, enabling us to become more conscious and aware of our choices and finding an inner sense of contentment and joy.

I would advise that the Videos are watched in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed , viewed on a computer screen , using headphones.

You may wish to write notes at the end , to complete your own personal experience of the Journey .
