
We begin by asking questions of Ourself.. Who Why Where and What ..We start the Inner Journey of Self discovery.
In our present state of wobbling we recognise our Regrets of the past ( depression ) and our Fear of the future ( anxiety)
We see that we are made up of different parts , some more negative and others more positive .
We begin to notice where our feelings of responsibility may have come from.
Looking back into our past experiences and how we learnt ways of surviving and what we now carry in the present and future.
We come up against our blocks , a wall of fear and how this limits ourself .
We notice how we may label ourself and how we avoid our wounds .
We learn to accept the different parts of our personality, playing different roles .
We ask again the questions and seek to find assistance within to continue our journey upwards
We imagine our own unique form of safety that we can wrap around us , to help take the inner steps.
We use the blocks in our wall in a positive way , finding the steps to a place of inner silence through a brief meditation .
We learn that by placing the future above us , we can begin to create the future we want .
We reach a higher point of view and have an experience of our higher Self , using the Self identification exercise .
An Exercise in self identification.
By discovering and connecting with who we are , we can find that place of inner contentment and joy .
This simple step by step illustrated course is a map showing us a way to find out who we are. To discover a sense of self, by coming out of the past, being more in the present and moving to and creating the future that we desire, enabling us to become more conscious and aware of our choices and finding an inner sense of contentment and joy.
