Robin Bartko is the founder and owner of Wellness Girlfriend LLC – an independent firm that provides health education, coaching and promotion. Robin provides in person and online coaching and training to both individuals and groups. She is the founder of two wellness web sites. Also, she is an author. She truly believes that both good physical and mental health is wealth.
Robin is very supportive of positive psychology, the power of personal connection, meditation and other stress reducing activities. She is also a big believer in managing emotional health and has been trained in suicide prevention, Mental Health First Aid®, and connecting others with resources.
Robin has a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is Certified Health Educational Specialist (CHES®) certified. She is also certified as a Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York.
