Discovering yoga and meditation at a young age to recover from a back injury and debilitating anxiety, I decided to pursue my education and become an instructor to share the benefits with as many people as I could. For over 15 years now I have worked with thousands of individuals in small group and on-on-one settings. I have developed the course content and conducted trainings for other yoga teachers pursuing a deeper study into restorative yoga.
