Description

In this course of Project Management Essentials we have tried to simplify the workflow of Project Management in Urdu / Hindi language in context of working in the field with Project Management softwares like Primavera P6 or MS-Project.

After doing this course students will find it easy to understand the concepts of Project Management and the use of related softwares for managing the projects workflow and most of its structural concepts and components of different levels. 

Experience shows that without going through Project Management Essentials course students find it very difficult to understand the work environment of Project Management.
