In this section we look at making some delicious & nutritious raw breads & wraps. We use the dehydrator in this section, but a low heat oven can be utilised. These breads are delicious and of course are gluten free and low in fat.
In this video we make a raw bread, using some left over vegetables from our cultured vegetables lesson. Here I show you how to create wonderful breads using left over vegetables and incorporating a very nutritious flax meal.
Following on from my 'left overs' raw bread, we create a raw wrap incorporating tomatoes and spring onion.

This is my introduction video for this section on: Soups & Salads - lets get making meals.
In our first video of this section, we make a wonderful creamy avocado soup. Raw soups are a great addition to your raw food diet and this is a very creamy and delicious soup. Great in hot weather.
In this video we create a creamy tomato and basil soup - again another delicious soup to add to your raw food diet program. This is a very fresh tasting soup, which makes you feel energised.
We now move on to salads and this Broccoli & Cauliflower salad is a winner. In this salad recipe we now use the addition of our Curry Mustard Cashew Cream. This is a great salad to take to pot-luck and when invited over for lunch. A great salad to impress your friends.
As an addition to our salads we look at some raw dressings. This dressing is a sweet chilli dressing and can be used as an addition to many salads and meals.
This is my favourite dressing and can be used on most salads - we look at making a Savoury Maple Dressing, that is oil free and of course fat free.
We now put together a delicious salad - Pear, Pecan & Spinach salad and use our Savoury Maple Dressing from our last lesson.
In this lesson we put together a garden salad and incorporate our Raw Sweet Chilli Dressing - of course this salad is also delicious with our Savoury Maple Dressing.
In this section we are making a fully raw burger and in this video we go over how to create a raw burger bun.
As an addition to our delicious burger, we look here at making a savoury cream cheese that we use on the final burger. This cream cheese can be used as you would a standard cream cheese - but so much more delicious.
We look at in this video how to make a nut burger patties, that is simple and easy to make. We then put the whole burger together, incorporation the bun, some salad and our beautiful savoury cream cheese.
In this section we now look at some simple and delicious Smoothies, that can easily be incorporated into your diet - being a simple and easy way to incorporate raw food. In this video we make a delicious Cashew, Banana & Berry Smoothie.

These little peanut, chocolate balls are a delight to make and very easy. They can easily be made by children and make a wonderful Saturday afternoon project and can be taken as lunch snacks and taken with you when visiting.
