How to Build a Successful Mentoring Program

Once you launch your program, you can’t expect it to function on autopilot. Your program must be set up to help nurture the connections being made. Providing guidance to the mentors and mentees throughout their mentoring journey is vital to their success, and the success of the mentoring program.  We'll walk you through ways to keep your mentors and mentees engaged.

At some point, someone will ask you, "Is the mentoring program successful." If you don’t monitor your results, and evaluate what's working and what's not, you won’t know if you're succeeding or if you need to make changes. In this lesson, we'll give you measuring techniques and examples to help you evaluate and assess your program.
