This course is all about the student! As a 7- Part course you get a taste of everything Karate has to offer. Learn the Foundations of Karate that lead into Self Defence application along with Traditional Karate "Kata" & "Kumite". The knowledge you will learn in this course has been passed on from generation to generation and now you have a chance to learn the greatest Martial Art - Karate. This course specialises in the style of Shito Ryu, led by Sensei James. With over 28 years of experience training in the "Dojo", Sensei James has also competed on the World Stage for over a decade as one of the Worlds Top Competitors.
