Description
In this course you'll receive seven different guided meditations designed to facilitate deep self healing. This meditation series is designed to work on different aspects of healing with each meditation. In this series you’ll have access to six 10 minute meditations and one 15 minute meditation. These meditations can help you with self healing for both your physical health and mental health as the mind, body, and soul are always connected. This series is perfect for all levels to a meditation practice!
The guided meditations in this series include :
1- Breathwork meditation - 10 min
2- Gratitude meditation (letting go of attachments) - 10 min
3- Healing meditation (releasing what’s no longer serving you) - 10 min
4- Heart opening meditation - 10 min
5- Mantra meditation - 10 min

7- Chakra meditation - 15 min

Tara is a doctor of physical therapy and a yoga teacher. She is passionate about teaching others how to use yoga to heal from issues ranging from chronic pain to mental health conditions. Her teaching style addresses the entire person when working on healing, meaning she uses yoga to work not just on the physical body, but also on the mind and soul. Working on your body, mind, and soul allows for deep transformational healing to occur.
