
Welcome to the 7-day self-love meditation course. During these 7 days, we will do a variety of impactful meditations, ranging anywhere between 10mins-30mins per day. We recommend you set aside a bit of time each day, either in the morning or evening, and find a quiet place free from any distractions.
First, we will prepare our mental and emotional bodies to receive healing. We will then focus on releasing any necessary emotions, and start learning to feel the emotions inside us. We will also learn to draw boundaries in our lives, and cut out any unnecessary ties that are not healthy in our life. Finally, we will learn to receive our love, which can be given to yourself at anytime, anyplace, and anywhere. You are the author of your life and you create your reality.

Today, we will learn to relax our bodies. When you are stressed, it is difficult for you to receive. Your body is tense and you are not able to connect to your body, mind, and spirit. When we feel relaxed, our bodies are more adjusted to healing, and thus, adjusts to a receiving mode. In this 10min session, we will prioritize making you feel more relaxed, especially if you were having a hectic day.
Today, we will create a safe place. Our world exposes us to different kinds of energies and vibrations. This is why, it is important for us to channel these energies through specialized meditation. It is easy to come across a variety of meditation videos on Youtube. However, we prioritize creating a structured approach that will guide you on your journey to find inner peace within yourself. Before starting on your healing or meditation journey, it is essential for us to build a safe zone so that you feel protected and guided. This step is often overlooked, but is essential in creating a foundation for your meditation journey.
There are lots of misconceptions about anger. Anger is only a surface emotion. They are not the main emotion. If you try to clear your anger, you will only end up in cycles that takes a long time to heal. The only way to heal the anger is to find out the emotions that are underneath. We will discuss the importance of anger today and how we can clear it.

Today we cut the cord to any ties that are toxic in your life. If you feel drained, tired, or stressed thinking about a person or situation in your life, it is already a sign that you need to cut the energetic ties. Sometimes physically removing yourself from the person is not enough, you need to also cut the ties spiritually. By drawing the boundary energetically, you free yourself from energies that are not yours. Saying no is an act of self-respect. You need to respect your time and energy. This action is a form of self-love because you are prioritizing yourself.

It is important to feel and reflect on your emotions. Doing so, will allow you to be better connected with your sense of self. Many times the tension in our lives prevent us from feeling how we truly are inside. We build barriers and walls to protect ourselves from being hurt, and feeling intense emotions. We will work together to deconstruct these walls and have you accept these feelings and emotions through guided meditation.

Today we will learn to receive our love. When you look at things you like e.g. people, animals, babies, etc. You immediately feel a strong connection and love for them. You want to nurture, hold them, and take care of them. Today we will learn to give this love to ourselves, instead of others. It is important to place these feelings of warmth and love onto yourself, because you deserve the same love you give to other people you care about. You will learn to reflect on this love and utilize this energy to bring you inner peace. It is important to always remember that you are worthy and deserve to receive this love.
Today we will be grounding the work and energy you have been focusing on over the past 6 days. Your physical, mental, and emotional bodies, take time to adjust to the new frequencies you have created. You may even feel tired after the healing. This is completely natural. Give yourself plenty of time to rest. We need to rebalance and ground ourselves so that the next layer of healing can take place.
In 7 days, you will learn to use meditations from 10-30mins per day to achieve the goal of self-love on a mental emotional & physical level. You will grow your awareness, stabilize your emotions, learn how to feel, and open the portal for the love to flow.
Self-love is easier said than done. It takes not only affirmations e.g. “I love you” but daily actions to prove it to yourself. By using meditation & our innovative therapeutic healing method, we build a solid foundation for ourselves. We take action to build self-trust, self-respect, and self-love.
Release anger
To love ourselves, we need to first let go of any residue of anger in our psyche. Most suppressed anger is unconscious. You may not even be aware you have anger inside especially if you are programmed to be a people pleaser. When we let our anger go, self-forgiveness and love come naturally as the by-product.
Cutting-Cord
Having toxic ties with people and circumstances that no longer serve your life is unhealthy. This is not an act of self-love but self-abuse. It is sometimes hard to let go when the relationship is co-dependent. We love ourselves enough to draw healthy boundary-cutting ties physically and energetically
