From the moment we open our eyes, we begin to set the tone for the entire day. Most of us do this unconsciously, and we find ourselves quickly buried in thoughts about everything we need to get done. As our mind runs through a laundry list of things to do, overwhelm, and dread set in.

Hi! My name is Antasha, and I'm a published self-help author, passionate spiritual and wellness blogger, mama of two amazing kiddos, life-long student of the universe, and lover of life.
For the past 15 years, I've been studying everything related to spirituality and our metaphysical nature from the law of attraction to the chakras and energy body, intuitive healing, and beyond.
