    In todays lecture we are breaking down how the habits are created, how the body will try to trick you to keep you safe and why its important to push through it. This lecture also includes a short section on the  breath and how how to breathe. Followed by short meditation, this lecture gives you plenty of info for you to observe your body's resistance.

    Day 4 of daily meditation, today we explore how we can open our chest let go of some muscle tension by simply lying on the floor and relaxing our bodies.

    Practice day five breathing integration by sitting on the floor, using diaphragmatic nasal breaths with counts to ten, and visualizing blue purification and red release to calm the nervous system.

The mediations take anytime from 4-15 mins, so commit your time, schedule it in your day and observe the changes happening in your life.
