This practice includes plank pose - if this isn't comfortable for you, you can always lower your knees to the mat or come down onto your forearms in a forearm plank. You don't need any equipment for this class.
For this practice you may need a block or stack of books (optional) for some extra support in your twists.

For this class you will need a yoga strap or something similar, for example a long belt or the belt of a dressing gown which doesn't stretch much when pulled.
For this class you can use blocks, cushions or blankets - whatever you have nearby. This flow includes plank as an option - you can always skip this, bring your knees down to the mat or take a forearm plank instead - listen to what your body needs today. Part of this flow also includes a guided foot massage, so you may want to use essential oils or moisturiser here to help you unwind.
For this class you can use a blanket or cushion, and anything else that will make you feel more comfortable in a seated position. This class is focused on the breath as opposed to moving the body, so it's a great practice to do in your comfiest clothes (or pyjamas!).

Classes range from 25 minutes to 40 minutes - short enough to fit into your day, and long enough so that you'll really feel the benefits.
