  • Introduction5:52

In this very first lecture, I am going to introduce myself and let you know what you can expect out of this 7 day course! I also teach you how to sit before we dive into the first meditation.

  • Day 19:06

Welcome to Day 1 of your 7 day meditation course. In today's meditation we are going to talk about sitting, and then do our first meditation. This first meditation is a 5 minute meditation really focused on deepening the breath.

  • Day 29:34

Today's meditation is a 7 minute meditation using the mantra "I am accepting". This is a practice of accepting everything in your life and getting clear on how that makes you feel.

  • Day 312:31

Today's meditation is a 10 minute meditation focused on the 5 senses. Throughout the meditation we go through each of the senses and tap into them. Enjoy!

  • Day 412:59

Congratulations, you've passed the halfway point! Today's meditation is 12 minutes and we are using the mantra based on the quote "Everyday in every way I am getting better and better" by Laura Silva.

  • Day 518:32

Today's meditation is a 15 minute meditation. In today's meditation, we're going to talk about the importance of having a meditation space or an altar, and focus on the mantra "So Ham" or "I am that'. Don't forget to journal after the practice!

  • Day 618:20

Today's meditation is a 17 minute meditation based on a quote by Norman Vincent Peale that says "I change my thoughts, I change my world."

  • Day 722:35

Today is the final meditation of the course, and it is a 20 minute meditation where you have the option to focus on any of the previous mantras that we used or try a new one. This meditation really puts everything that we've learned together and is your time to practice what you've learned through the week.

  • Conclusion3:52

In this final lecture, I talk about tips for creating a regular meditation practice in your day to day life. Thanks for joining me for this course and please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions!

Requirements

  • You should come with an open mind and a willingness to learn
  • An interest in learning how to meditate
  • A willingness for it to feel hard at first (it gets easier, I promise!)
