Welcome to "6 Weeks to Body Confidence" from the Tamara Newell Method. Each week you'll be guided through a body confidence building Mindset video lesson, guided Meditation audio & a Makeover Workbook PDF. Bonus materials include an optional 6 week movement plan (no gym membership required) and 6 week meal guide with a dozen recipes. The final week culminates in creating a personalized healthy lifestyle plan that is sustainable and enjoyable.

Tamara Newell’s mission is to inspire and empower women to manifest their most beautiful selves from the inside out. As a Body Positive Fitness, Pilates & Health coach, she's worked with hundreds of clients over the past decade. As an eating disorder survivor, Tamara overcame a decade long battle with anorexia, emotional binge eating and diet pills to live a balanced, healthy life for 10 years. Her journey shaped a deep understanding how woman struggle to embrace, love and care for their body. Tamara's coaching empowers women to honor and respect their bodies as motivation to live healthy. As a business owner, wife and mother of 2, Tamara values creating efficient and schedule friendly programs for fellow busy women.
With a decade of experience, Tamara started her career training clientele in New York City's most elite gyms. A former actress, dancer and model, Tamara brings her experience on-camera in Fitness and Lifestyle videos. As a writer, she's contributed to The Huffington Post, Pilates Style Magazine, Organic Life, MSN and BASI Pilates, in addition to several blogs and podcasts. In 2015, Rael Isakowitz personally awarded Tamara the Kathy Grant Memorial Scholarship to his BASI Pilates Mentor Program. Tamara trained at the Joffrey Ballet, Rock School of the Pennsylvania Ballet and graduated from Marymount Manhattan College. She is certified by Core Pilates NYC and American Fitness Professionals and Associates. Tamara resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
