Worldwide, obesity has nearly tripled since 1975. It is one of the leading risk factors for premature death and was linked to 4.7 million deaths globally in 2017. As a result, the weight loss industry exploded. There are millions of programs, diets, meal plans and memberships that can help with weight loss but still, a shocking 39% of adults in the world are overweight, with 13% obese. There’s no lack of information to tackle those extra kilos. However, knowing what to do doesn’t always translate to doing what you know.
Losing weight is 10 % about exercising and eating right and 90% about mindset. You can have the best workout plan and the most effective recipes, but if you don’t feel motivated to train or cook, you will never get off the couch and into your tight jeans.

I’m a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach and Digestive Health Expert and passionate about fitness, food and health. I made it my mission to help other women feel happy and confident in their bodies.
I primarily work with women in their late 30s to 50s, showing them how to lose weight and keep it off successfully. Keeping it off is often the issue as staying fit gets more complicated with age.
Aside from my certification in nutrition, I picked up some tricks working at the leading culinary arts school Le Cordon Bleu in London and at a Michelin starred restaurant in Berlin. Coming from an Italian family, cooking is my passion which is why flavourful foods are at the forefront of my programs. I advocate simple yet delicious meals that fit easily in your every day and are great for families. We’re all always busy so being able to prepare a quick and healthy meal is crucial for weight loss.
My other passion is exercise. I love being active and enjoy tailoring workout programs that are efficient and easy to incorporate into your day-to-day.
