I start with a story from my life. One day during an self-introspection session, I observed a pattern. After I would achieve success, I would go through a phase of dissatisfaction and boredom. It was only about three years ago that I became aware of this recurrence. Once again I had completely lost passion for what I was doing. I was successful, producing results for my clients, cashflow substantial, but deep within, I was not happy.
I went on a sabbatical. It was during this time that I had an AHA moment! I realised that at the base of all natural law is GROWTH! When you take a look at nature, you will notice a fresh set of apples on the trees, a new crop of rice etc. I came to understand that I was not growing, I was stagnating.
I am an excellent Executive Life Coach. I can successfully deliver 1:1 coaching and Live Private Group courses for 10-15 people and lead my clients from stuck to success. I have experience in coaching business executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches and the likes. But life had become routine and a high level of sameness day after day. I was bored and unhappy.
During this time I discovered that there was a part of me that wanted to inspire hundreds of millions of people to discover their inner power, the way I discovered mine. This dream I had pushed under the carpet for short term cash flow. This dream was now staring at me in the face.
I decided to work on it. I shifted my mindset, upgraded my skills and knowledge. I participated in business skills development and speak to inspire courses. I got certified as a coach in Mindfulness. This helped me to transform my game. The program that you are participating in is an outcome of that decision to GROW!

P.S. For the purpose of understanding the process, let's keep it simple. Choose a micro-dream. Examples of a micro-dream could be starting a workout practice; managing your attention - minimising distractions; boosting your emotional resilience; improving threshold of patience; etc. After understanding the process you can apply the process to a bigger, more complex dream. Let's keep it simple for now!
HABIT 1 - MINDSPA
To Prepare For The MindSpa:
Find a place where you will not be disturbed for the next 10-15 minutes.

Bring your attention to your breath. Breathe gently and naturally. Do not try to control your breath. Simply observe.
Now bring your attention to your head. Relax the muscles on the top of your head, the back of your head, forehead, the temples. Relax the muscles of your eyes, cheeks, ears, nose, lips, upper lip, chin, and jaws. Feel this part of your body in a deep state of calm.
Allow this deep state of relaxation now to travel to your throat, chest, shoulders, arms and collar. And feel this part of your body in deep state of calm.
Shift your attention to your stomach, hips, gluteus and pelvic. Place this part of your body in a deep state of calm.
Allow this relaxed state to travel to your legs and feet. And out through the soles of your feet.
Relax, you are doing great.
Now imagine a treasure chest embedded with beautiful diamond and other precious stones, and precious metals like gold, silver, platinum, and others.
Put your most precious possessions into this treasure chest - all your worries, concerns, anxious moments that rob you of your sleep, and your health.
Also place your fears, incomplete to-do lists, unfulfilled expressions from yourself, unfulfilled expressions from others.
Add your anger you have for yourself, the anger you experience with other people, the blame you have on yourself, the blames associated with other people.
Also place into the treasure chest anything and everything that is robbing you of your mental effectiveness, robbing you of your time, your productivity, your health - physical health and mental.
Scan and see anything in the past that has been left behind right from your childhood. Things that you have pushed under the carpet, put them all into the treasure chest one by one.
Take a final scan of your environment of your mind, any discomfort in your body, any health issues, put them all into the treasure chest.
Close the treasure chest and hand it to the Creator of the universe for safekeeping.
Ask the Creator to process them you and to guide you to the relevant answers and actions that need to be taken at the relevant time.
For the purpose of the program - Identify an area that you wish to grow in. Make a request to the Creator Of The Universe 'I ___________ (state your full name), desire to grow in _____________________ (state area). I request you to provide me all the resources that will help me to grow. I am whole and complete and perfect. I am worthy. I love myself.'
Go to the future and see yourself in this perfect state. How do you feel when you're in that state.
Bring that feeling into your body, into your mind and into your energy.
Stay in the state for a few moments.
Then allow yourself to drift into sleep and allow the healing of your body and mind to continue while you sleep. Wake up next morning feeling fresh, better than before!

'BUILD A HIGH PERFORMING ENERGY STATE'
How many of you will share with me this same feeling... You have the desire, you have the determination; but you just don't have the energy to execute that desire!
In this module, I share with you something that happened in my life several years ago. A dear friend of mine had contracted a rare form of cancer, and in four days he succumbed to the disease. Few days later, my dad took very ill and the doctors suggested we keep him home with an oxygen mask and on pain killers. A very stressful time... And I did not know how to handle the stress. So I turned to the Universe for help.
I was given an access to reset my energy centers to their natural state - whole, and complete, and perfect. This is when I learned that our energy fields need to be strong enough to support us in our journey. I share this access in the MindSpa of this section.

Breathe - Take a gentle, deep, long breath right down to your belly button. When you breathe in Calm The Body; When you breathe out Clear Distractions; When you breathe in again Connect With Your Breath. And continue to breathe naturally.
Center - Imagine a mid-line running through your body, separating your body into two equal halves vertically. Center your awareness on the midline. Center the left and right side of your body with the midline. Feel an upward shift in energy!

Center For Composure: Shift your attention two inches below the belly button to the center of composure. Focus your attention on this center and silently say to yourself, 'Let my center of composure be reset to its natural state.' Feel a sense of inner strength coming into this energy center.
Center For Confidence: Shift your attention now two inches above the navel to the center for confidence. Once again silently request 'Let my center for confidence be reset to its natural state.' Feel an inner strength in this center.
Center For Compassion: Bring your attention to your heart center, the center for compassion. Silently request 'Let my center for compassion, be reset to its natural state.' Feel an inner strength come into this center.
Center For Contentment: Bring your attention to your throat, the center for contentment. Silently request 'Let my center for contentment be reset to its natural state.' Feel an inner strength coming into this center.
Relax, you are doing good!
Center For Clarity: Now bring your attention to the third eye, the space between your two eyebrows. This is the center for clarity. Silently request 'Let this center be reset to its natural state.' Feel a sense of inner strength come into this center.
Center For Creativity: Now shift your attention to the top of your head, your crown, the center for creativity. Silently say 'Let this energy center of creativity be reset to its natural state.' Feel an inner strength come into this center.
All your energy centers starting from the base of your spine to the top of your head are now healed and aligned with their natural state.
I'm going to pause for a few moments. As you can feel the energy now rise from the state of calm at the base of your spine all the way up to the state of creativity at the top of your head. And from the state of creativity at the top of your head observe the energy flow all the way down to the state of calm.
Now silently declare to yourself 'I am whole and complete and perfect. I am one with the creator of the universe. The creator of the universe dwells in me. I dwell in the creator of the universe. I am the creator of the universe. I am the creator of my reality.'
Stay in the state for a few moments.
Then allow yourself to drift into sleep and allow the healing of your body and mind to continue while you sleep. Wake up next morning feeling fresh, better than before!

'CURATE A CREATIVE FEELING STATE'
I am going to start with asking you a question! How many times have you told yourself that the meeting is going to be a waste of time even before you have gone for a meeting? Or a party is going to be boring even before you have gone for it!?
I was in this place, until one day a mentor of mine pointed me in another direction. He taught me the 'golden link' principle. This is how it goes... "This meeting is a golden link to my growth, the expression of my highest potential and also the growth of all those in the meeting..."
He showed me that where energy goes, attention goes. If I am imagining a meeting to be a 'waste of time', then I am creating that in my reality and it will actually turn out that way. It took me a long time to understand him. I always thought that what I was saying what was correct, in the sense that the meeting was actually boring. What he was trying to tell me, was that if I had said the meeting is going to open new doors, could that have happened? Little did I realise it at the time, that feelings create reality.
Now, when I catch myself switching into a negative zone, I direct myself to curate a creative-feeling state. As I practiced priming myself to higher creative-feeling states, I observed that I felt more calm, composed and creative.

Welcome to the MindSpa of smart-habit 3 - 'Always curate a creative feeling state'.
Bring your attention to your breath. Breathe in and out. Do not try to control or change your breath. Simply observe.
Now shift your attention to your head. Relax the muscles in your head. Feel the muscles relax.
Allow this relaxed state to travel to your neck. Relax your neck.
Relax your chest, shoulders, arms, hands and collar.
Relax your stomach.
Relax your hips, gluteus, pelvic.
Relax your legs and feet.
Relax, you are doing good!
Now your body is relaxed and in a deep state of calm.
We will now relax the mind. For this imagine you are in the forest, walking without footwear, and the stones gently massage the soles of your feet, sending subtle vibrations up your spine and out through the crown of your head.
Feel your body relax deeper. Feel your mind immerse in this state of relaxation.
Engage all your senses as you walk through the forest. Listen to the chirping of the birds, the rustling of the leaves and the branches. Smell the fresh Earth. Notice the drop of dew on the leaf. Feel the warmth of the sun against your face. All these sensations cause your mind to relax even deeper.
Now you are deep inside the forest. The silence and stillness present in the forest penetrates your body deep into each cell and into the bone and bone marrow. You're now in a deeper state of calm, deeper than before.
Your body feels very heavy and you find it difficult to keep your eyes open. So you find a clearing in the forest and you lie down on your back. You look up to the skies and through the clearing of the leaves and branches. You see a bird flying with its wings majestically spread out. You take a closer look. You notice that the bird is completely relaxed.
Your eyes gently close and you drift into another dimension. All you can see is energy, pure vibrating energy.
Now imagine a subtle umbilical cord from your belly button connects you to the creator of the universe, just the way the umbilical cord connects the baby to the mother.
Silently request. 'Let the umbilical cord that connects me with the creator of the universe be reset to its natural state.' Feel the connection between you and the creator of the universe strengthen.
Now feel the creative energy from the creator flowing through the cord, through your belly button into your solar plexus.
As you breathe out, let all pent up energy stored in the solar plexus, like feelings and emotions of fear, anger, jealousy, hatred, anxiety, depression, despair, go out through your belly button and through the subtle umbilical cord to the creator of the universe. Feel how you feel as these old defunct energies leave.
As you breathe in feel fresh vibrations and energies of love, compassion, from the universe come into your solar plexus.
Repeat the process 2-3 times. Breathe out, release all the negated energy. Breathe in love and compassion of the creation. Feel yourself completely free and and filled with calm, compassion and creativity.
Allow this calm, compassion and creative state travel through every cell of your body deep into the bone and the bone marrow. Feel an inner strength within you.
Stay in the state for a few moments.
Then allow yourself to drift into sleep and allow the healing of your body and mind to continue while you sleep. Wake up next morning feeling fresh, better than before!

'RETURN TO GRACE'
I start with an incident that happened very recently. I was at the Apple Store to buy a laptop and my business partner had come along to help me choose.
I chose a laptop that I felt met all my needs. However, my business partner had another point of view. He felt that I could manage with a lower-end version. I observed that I started to feel small and unworthy. We ended arguing for a while, when all of a sudden I got this flash.
I asked for time and stepped aside. I silently declared to myself, 'I am worthy of a good laptop. I am worthy of the best laptop. I deserve a great laptop.' I also began to feel worthy and deserving of it.
I went back and with grace, I was able to explain why I wanted the laptop I wanted. I mentioned the specific features that were important to me and why.
I was able to do this only because I had shifted to a place of grace! It wasn't really the money that was coming in the way, it was my inner self that did not feel it deserved the best laptop.
ACTION STEPS:
1. Watch the video.
2. Make a list of things you do not feel worthy to receive or have.
3. Before you go to sleep at night, go over your list and while stating, 'I am worthy. I deserve...' FEEL worthy and deserving of it.
4. Also before going to sleep every night and upon waking, you might also want to state: 'Let there be a fully self expressed _________ (your name) expressing the glory of creation in me, allowing my light to shine, so that others light may also shine and they experience being glorious of their own worthiness. I am whole, and complete, and perfect.'
6. Listen to the MindSpa before you go to sleep tonight. Then drift into sleep.
HABIT 4 - MINDSPA
To Prepare For The MindSpa:
Find a place where you will not be disturbed for the next 10-15 minutes.

This is the MindSpa for smart-habit number 4 of this series.
Bring your attention to your breath. When you breathe in, and you breathe out, simply observe your breath. Do not try to change it or control it.
Now bring your attention to your head. Read relax your head.
Allow the relaxed state to come to your neck. Feel your neck, relax.
Allow the relaxed state to now travel to your chest, shoulders, arms, hands and collar. Feel this part of your body relax.
Allow the relaxed state to go to your stomach, hips, gluteus and pelvic. Feel this part of your body relax.
Now allow the relaxed state to travel to your legs and feet. Feel this part of your body relax.
Relax, you are doing good!
We will now shift focus to relax your mind. Imagine you are in the forest, walking any footwear. The stones along the path, send gentle vibrations up your spine and out through the crown of your head. Feel your body relax deeper. Feel your mind relax.
Now engage all your senses as you walk through the forest. Feel the warmth of the sun against your skin. Hear the chirping of the birds. Notice the drop of dew on the leaf. Engaging with these sense perceptions help your body relax even deeper.
When these relaxed vibrations, enter into the cells of your body and travel to the bones and the bone marrow, observe your mind immersed in a deep state of calm.
Relax, you are doing good!
Now the silence and the stillness of the forest, penetrates the cells of your body inviting your body to relax even deeper and inviting your mind to relax.
Your mind also enters into the state of deep relaxation. Relax!
Your body starts to feel heavy. You find it difficult to keep your eyes open. You find a patch of grass and you lie down and your back and your eyes gently close. You drift into another dimension. All you can see here is energy, Pure vibrating energy. You are this golden ball of energy and feel how it is to be this golden ball of energy.
Now you want to explore the universe. So you travel beyond the earth.
You enter the solar system, then the galaxy. You travel in the galaxy for some time.
Next you enter space, infinite space. And now you're in this space. Feel how you feel to be just space.
You travel through the space and reach the creation's abode. After you enter, you notice that there is no you, just Creation. There is a creation inside of you. There is a creation outside of you. You are the creation. You are the creator.
Request the creation to heal you of all the negated thoughts, release you from the feelings of unworthiness including the the feeling that you do not deserve.
Silently request, 'Creation, cleanse me of all these energies that make me feel unworthy, that make me feel I do not deserve that make me feel I am not worthy. Take away all these energies from me right from their core. I desire to feel whole and complete and perfect.' Observe how you feel as all the negated energies leave you.
Now silently declare, 'Let there be a fully self expressed ____________ (state your name) manifesting the Glory of creation in me, allowing my light to shine so that others light may also shine, and they experience being glorious, of their own worthiness. I am whole and complete and perfect. Creation dwells in me, I dwell in creation. Creation and I are one. I and creation are one. The creation is me.'
Pause!
Experience yourself in the state of whole and complete and perfect. Feel how it feels to be in the state. Feel the freedom, the joy, the bliss, imagine it. Observe how you feel in the state of joy and bliss.
It is time for you to come back. So you leave the creation's aboard. You come back through space, through the galaxy, through the solar system, the earth and into your own energy field, through your belly button.
Stay in the state for a few moments.
Then allow yourself to drift into sleep and allow the healing of your body and mind to continue while you sleep. Wake up next morning feeling fresh, better than before!

Why you need to relax
How to exit a thought loop
I will tell you a little about my journey. I started my career as a chef, not because I liked cooking, but because I did not like to meet with people and engage in polite conversation. Little did I realize that as I climbed the ladder in my career, I had to speak to my team, my bosses and to customers as well. I always hesitated to say what I had in mind for fear of being ridiculed. If I did muster the courage to speak, I could feel my body shiver and my voice tremble. And after all that, I would tell myself, 'You should have said this!' Does this sound familiar?
So I decided to do something about it. I read many self-development books and attended few healing workshops. Along the way, I had this AHA moment. I discovered that I had 3 different information processing systems inside of me that processed information at different speeds.
1. 7 bits of information a second
2. 11 million bits of information a second
3. Infinite bits of information a second
The 7 can be compared to travelling from destination A to destination B by road, many obstacles and slow speed. The 11 million can be compared to travelling my sea, no obstacles except for the ocean currents, good speed, but not fast enough. The infinite is getting to your destination by air, above the clouds, no obstacles and high speed.
When we operate at the speed of 7, we get caught in thought loops, going over the same theme of thoughts over and over again. To find a solution when in this loop is simply not possible. But you would have noticed that when you relaxed, you get an insight. This is because when you are relaxed you shift to a higher speed processor.
Silence is a great tool that enables you to connect with solutions faster. If you are a beginner, it might be difficult for you to relax. In which case I suggest you go for long walks alone (1-2 hours) and without your phone. Or you can do something you are passionate about, like baking a cake, painting, or engage with anything that engages your mind and relaxes your body. You can also listen to the MindSpa in this habit from time to time to relax you.
ACTION STEPS:
1. Watch the video.
2. Observe when you find yourself slip into the thought loop.
3. Pause... Bring your awareness to your breath... And silently say to yourself, 'Exit loop!'
4. Initially you may need to state this command few times before you can exit the loop. With practice it will get easier.

HABIT 5 - MINDSPA

This is the MindSpa of smart habit 5 - Always give time for silence.
Now bring your attention to your breath. Breathe in, relax, breathe out, clear distraction.
Shift your attention to your body. Become aware that your body is managed by many different systems. There is a system that handles your breathing, digestion, respiration, and a host of other systems.
Each of these systems are managed by cells. Pause for a moment and imagine yourself as a gigantic mass of sense. How do you feel?
The cells are managed by molecules. You are a gigantic map of molecules. Pause for a moment and feel how it is to be a map of molecules.
The molecules are made of atoms. Feel how would this to be a gigantic map of atoms.
The atoms are managed by energy. Feel what it is to be energy. The energy is managed by vibrations. Feel what it is to be vibrations.
The vibrations are managed by light. Feel what it is to be light.
Thee light is managed by the Creator of the universe. Imagine yourself as the creator of the universe, how do you feel?
Now silently declare, 'All is one. All is creation. The creation and I are one. I and creation are one. I am whole and complete and perfect. I love who I am. I love who I am becoming.'
I pause here for a while. Stay in the state for few moments and experience what it is to be the creation.
Now connect with a replica or a dimension of yours that is whole and complete and perfect. One that has all the qualities that you ever dreamed of. Connect with that dimension of yours and see yourself as that dimension, whole and complete and perfect. Notice the qualities. Observe how you feel. Observe how this dimension of yours is handling situations. See the confidence, the voice, the boldness, and now walk into that dimension of yours that is bold, confident, successful, happy, joyful, blissful, healthy.
Now merge with that dimension of yours and see yourself living that dimension of yours in your everyday life.
How do you feel? Bring that dimension of yours back with you as you travel from the creator's abode to light, to vibrations,
energy, atoms, molecules, and then into the cells of your body and into the functions of your body.
Now feel all the functions of your body, the cells of your body are operating from this new space, this new vibration this new energy. How do you feel?
Relax, you are doing good!
Stay in the state for a few moments.
Then allow yourself to drift into sleep and allow the healing of your body and mind to continue while you sleep. Wake up next morning feeling fresh, better than before!
