Just like you do warm up exercises before a gym session, drawing also needs some warm up. In this lecture you'll learn what those exercises are and how they benefit you.
Though you would rarely draw anything without lifting your pencil off the paper, drawing like that hones your observation skills and eye-hand coordination.
