    The 5 aspects of Self-Love explore 5 areas that are crucial to have more energy, feel good about yourself, and live a happy and abundant life! Working with hundreds of clients for more than a decade, it became obvious that people in general do not understand what self-love is. And even if they do, they have no idea where to start. The concept is actually simple to grasp, however, the execution can be challenging.

    My aim is to offer you a step-by-step approach addressing the culprits of self-love, making it more tangible and providing you with actual exercises, energy tools, and daily practices that not only shift your vibration but also help you to maintain it.

    Here you find the full self-love workbook. I also broke it down to chapters, so every single lecture has its own workbook chapter attached to it, along with an audio material that is either a guided visualisation related to the subject or positive affirmations.

    The last lecture comes with a Self-love journal, which you can start working with after you completed the course.
